Maintenance Supervisor 1

Review, prioritize, distribute and oversee/verify work completion. Respond to emergencies work orders and assess, prioritize and distribute within 24 hours. Identify additional and PM work orders within the trades area and work with Plant Utilities Engineer 1 to add PM's to the system. Identify summer projects list, prepare quotes/material to complete. Assist with maintenance contracts as assigned (i.e. elevators) - assist with specs for jobs, bid information for business office.

Salary Range:
From $49703 to $60371 Annually
Minimum Qualification
Non-Competitive:
one year of trade experience subsequent to the completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent training and experience such as that required for a Carpenter, Construction Equipment Mechanic, Electrician, Electronic Equipment Mechanic, General Mechanic, Grounds Construction Supervisor, Locksmith, Machinist, Mason and Plasterer, Motor Equipment Mechanic, Painter, Plumber and Steamfitter, Refrigeration Mechanic, Roofer and Tinsmith, or WelderEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
